Is it really free to build the website? +
Yes — the website build is free. You only pay for hosting & ongoing management once you’ve seen the finished site and you’re happy to proceed.
How long does it take? +
You can expect your website within 5 days. In most cases, it’s usually ready within 2 days, depending on complexity and how quickly feedback is given.
Who owns the website? +
After 12 months hosting, you own the website outright. If you want to leave early, you can buy the site by paying the remaining 50% of the balance and we’ll arrange delivery/transfer.
Do I get to see it before it goes live? +
100%. An account manager will show you the site, collect your feedback, apply the final changes, and then launch it once you approve.
What counts as a “change”? +
A change is a reasonable content/design update like text swaps, new sections, image replacements, page edits, or small layout tweaks. Larger feature builds (like ecommerce or booking systems) are handled as bespoke work.
Can I upgrade later? +
Yep. If you start on Basic and later want more pages, more changes, or blogs, you can upgrade at any time.
